RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because Halloween Utopia carries seasonal merchandise, our return window is limited. Eligible merchandise must be returned and postmarked on or before October 21, 2026 to qualify for a refund.
Merchandise must be returned in its original, complete condition, unworn, unused, and unaltered, with all original tags, accessories, components, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, missing parts, or missing original packaging may be refused.
Wigs and Masks — Final Sale: For hygiene and health-safety reasons, all wigs and masks are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or when the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise the result of an error by Halloween Utopia.
After October 21, 2026: Returns postmarked after October 21, 2026 will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to an error by Halloween Utopia. This seasonal return deadline applies to all merchandise sold on this site, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Halloween Utopia or otherwise required by law.
Halloween Utopia reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the requirements above. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
